What It Is

What SBA Loans means for your business

SBA loans offer some of the lowest interest rates, longest repayment terms, and highest loan amounts available to small businesses — but the application process is notoriously complex and documentation-heavy. Most applications are rejected not because the business doesn’t qualify, but because the package is incomplete or poorly prepared.

We specialise in SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loan preparation. We handle every aspect of the application — business plan, financial projections, financial statements, personal financial statements, business narratives, and all required forms. We also work with SBA-preferred lenders who have faster approval timelines.

If you’ve been told the SBA process is too complicated, that’s exactly why we exist.

Why It Works

What you get with SBA Loans

Expert SBA application preparation

Every document the SBA and lender require — prepared correctly, completely, and in the format that gets applications approved.

Preferred lender access

SBA-preferred lenders have authority to approve loans without SBA review — cutting weeks off the timeline. We work with preferred lenders.

Both 7(a) and 504 programs

SBA 7(a) for working capital and general purposes; SBA 504 for major fixed assets and real estate. We advise on the right program for your situation.

For the SBA 7(a), you generally need to be a for-profit US business, have invested equity in the business, have used other financing options first, demonstrate repayment ability, and be of good character. Minimum credit score is typically 650+, though preferred lenders may set higher requirements.

With SBA-preferred lenders, approval can happen in 2–4 weeks. With standard lenders, the full SBA review adds 4–8 weeks. Total time from application to funding is typically 60–90 days.

SBA 7(a) loans go up to $5 million. SBA 504 loans can go up to $5.5 million for certain projects. The actual amount you qualify for depends on your revenue, cash flow, and ability to service the debt.

The SBA requires lenders to take available collateral, but collateral alone doesn’t determine approval. Strong financials and repayment ability matter more. Many SBA loans are approved without full collateral coverage.
